Our industry is facing a new and defining cultural shift. The strength of the Black freedom movement, and the groundswell of support it is receiving make one thing clear: the demand for equality will not be satisfied until that equality is secured by mandates and actions. That will mean changes to industries of every type–especially Home.
Hosted by Tom Mirabile, the Springboard Futures webinar, Black Influence and Inclusion in the Home Industry, gathered respected industry experts to discuss essential considerations for the advancement of equality and diversity in Home. Our panel spanning the perspectives of Product Sourcing, Trend Forecasting, Interior Design, and Market Development, discussed the most pressing industry issues from the broadest possible perspective and delivered inspiration and clarification–ingredients that made for lively exchanges and innovative ideas to help move the Home industry forward.
If you missed it or just want to watch it again, no worries–we brought it to you here!
